According to the PM, the project was evidence of the relationship between Japan and Vietnam. To date, around 63% of the work has been done. Nearly 2,000 people are working day and night to speed up the project.

“The project needs to be technically tested by late 2020 for official operation in 2021,” the government leader instructed.

Phuc asked ministries and agencies to ensure funding capital for the project’s implementation.

He also thanked the Japanese government and agencies for actively supporting Vietnam on the project. Phuc highlighted the significance of ensuring the route’s quality and safety.
